Chapters of the Franco-American Chambers of Commerce (FACC) are private, non-governmental, non-profit organizations that are independently funded through membership fees, business services, events and other programs. Nineteen local chapters provide regional knowledge and support to both local firms and French companies entering the U.S. market, contributing to the national federation, which is the key organization for French and American professionals and companies.
The mission of the French American Chambers in the United States is to promote mutual understanding, economic, commercial and financial relations between France and the United States and to support the establishment and development of French businesses in the United States.
Thanks to their in-depth understanding of the local economy and the needs of French businesses and entrepreneurs, the binational teams are a valuable resource for companies establishing and growing their businesses in the United States. The diversity of American cities, business culture and size of the territory require a strong local advocate with established connections and a comprehensive understanding of the local landscape, its challenges and opportunities.
FACC brings together some of the world’s most recognizable companies with the next generation of thought leadership. It is a mosaic that combines youth with experience and creates an open culture of inclusivity to become even better through the contributions of all.
FACC Carolinas works to assist and promote its members through introductions, event showcases, awards programs, member profiles, and news in its online newsletter, as well as external media channels. Collectively, these efforts help FACC members expand their network and raise awareness of their activities and services within the French American community. FACC Carolinas members include French companies doing business in the United States, American companies in our region doing business in and with France, professional service firms, banks, retailers, university professors, students and others who enjoy business and cultural events related to the French language.
